BCAA
BCCA (branched chain amino acids) are currently the most popular dietary supplements used by athletes. They are also eagerly used by people who want to achieve a perfect figure. BCAAs are amino acids whose metabolism takes place directly in the muscles, which increases the attractiveness of this product, and significantly improves the effects obtained during trainings.
BCAA – efficiency
The high efficiency of BCAA has been achieved due to the three components: leucine, valine and isoleucine. They are essential amino acids, that our body is unable to synthesize. At the same time there are a strong demand on amino acids, which are the building blocks of the muscle tissue.
Components and the way they work
Branched chain amino acids are mainly responsible for inhibiting the
action of cortisol, which causes the breakdown of our muscle tissue and
support the synthesis of proteins in the muscles. In addition, leucine
protects us against a catabolic collapse, i.e. against muscle breakdown.
The task of valine is to regulate the level of growth hormone and keep
the muscles in optimal condition, allowing to improve the effects of
training.
It is a basic and irreplaceable supplement that significantly affects the quality of muscle tissue, promotes its formation, and also eliminates the negative effects of too intensive training. In addition, it provides the body with a compound necessary for building up our figure, which the body does not produce itself, which accelerates the regeneration of muscle fibers.
